Ross studied Law at Aberdeen University, UK, before embarking on a career working for Sony, DHL, Jumeirah Hotels and GEMS Education. Ross has lived and worked in the UK, Japan, Bahrain and the UAE and has led extensive international marketing programmes of products and digital services across the Middle East, Japan, Europe, China and the US, gaining deep insight into regional business behaviours and cultural differences. Ross was Jumeirah’s youngest Vice President covering Brand, Digital and Loyalty and led a global team of 40 colleagues with multi million USD budget and revenue accountability. Ross went onto become CMO at the worlds largest private education company, re-instrumenting the brand and digital capability of the organisation. An incisive and creative business thinker with a readiness to challenge the status quo, he combines deep understanding of the paradigm shifts in customer behaviours and market dynamics caused by the impact of technology with strong leadership, mobilising organisations to embrace an exponential future.
